Order Status

UNDERSTANDING YOUR ORDER STATUS:

As your order transitions from start to finish, it will go through several statuses.  With each status update you will receive a confirmation email.  Here are the stages each order goes through:

PENDING:

When your order is first placed, it starts in pending status.  Once your payment has been confirmed, it will continue to the next status...

PROCESSING:

When your order is in processing, your payment has been received, and your order is being prepared for shipping.  This process typically takes less then one business day.   Once your order is ready to ship, your order will change to...

SHIPPED:

Your order has been processed and has been shipped.  Within a few hours of your order updating to shipped, you will receive an email from Canada Post which containing your tracking number as well as a link to Canada Post page where you can track your shipment.
