The UWELL Caliburn G Pod System is a follow up to the popular UWELL Caliburn starter kit. This device provides many of the features that the original Caliburn offered with some added enhancements. The draw activated pod allows for easy & convenient start-up; when you inhale the UWELL Caliburn G automatically starts up to produce impressive clouds for such a compact vaping device. However, if you prefer a little extra power & control you can still use the traditional, ergonomic fire button. This device also is made for both MTL or Direct Lung vapers as it offers restricted airflow if desired, and also an open airflow depending on your preference. Simply switch the pod 180 degrees within the device to find the perfect hit to take advantage of this ingenious airflow design!

Q: How long do the Caliburn G battery’s last?
A: This really depends on personal use. The Caliburn G has a built-in 690mAh lithium ion battery. If you are a casual vapour, the Caliburn G battery should last you close to a full day. If you are a heavy vapour though expect to charge the Caliburn G 2-3 times per day. The LED light will change colours to let you know how much battery life is left in the device.

A: As with all of our starter kits, the Caliburn G comes with a full 60 day warranty against manufacture defects. This warranty only begins when the product arrives to your door. This the the CRC Version . . . you CAN NOT swap out the coil. Buyer be ware!! I’m a total newbie – bought a pack of 4 coils (as linked directly from the page) but quickly learned the coils are not compatible since the pod is CRC (self contained and Child Resistant Container (CRC).) So….if the whole dang STARTER/BEGINNERS unit is as shown YET they insist the coil is interchangeable then it’s a lie. You have to buy the 2-pack of pods NOT the coils. It’s more expensive but I’m trying to quit smoking, so the price is still within my means by replacing the pod every week at $5 a shot. Still feel GOOD about my choice and the Canada Vapes as my choice – just a little disappointed they don’t know the product well enough and continue to provide a link to the refill coils when this unit DOES NOT USE THEM. Newbies beware!!! Great company otherwise – fast shipping for sure!!

I bought this thinking I could use the draw function but it only opens the push valve. Why a button? Next, it burns too hot. I had to protect my lips from getting burnt. The whole experience was very unsatisfying. Next, I filled the cartridge once again in the first couple hours of use. Only filled it half way and was careful not to spill any liquid. Gave it 10 minutes and all I got was bubbling and no smoke. The push button no longer works. I took it apart and found liquid all over the cartridge. Cleaned it up but still got bubbling and no smoke. I suspect the battery is fouled.
I tried both positions of the cartridge. They both gave too much e-juice.

I really like the device, though I find the coils burn out quite quickly. I’ve also noticed that the pod leaks a LOT. I just wrote customer service because I’m not happy with the device leaking all the time. If it didn’t leal so much, it would be the best device I’ve owned. I’m hoping it was just a dud and they will send me a new device. Here’s hoping. Otherwise, the battery charges super fast and lasts about a full day.
