Curbside Pickup

We offer free curbside pick up for customers who live in London and the surrounding area with the possibility of same day pick up.

Simply call 519-204-8273 between the hours of 9:30AM – 4:30PM, Monday – Friday to speak with our Customer Service Representative. They will place your order, process payment (Credit Card or E-transfer), and schedule your pick-up time. You will be given a time frame and the address to come and pick up your order. Please note, pick-ups will not occur at our previous retail location on Egerton Street.

Upon arrival, please park in the designated parking spots, call 519-204-8273, and remain in your vehicle. Your package will be brought out to you quickly & safely! Please remain in your car and do not come to the door; for the safety of all involved you will not be permitted to enter the facility. Each customer will be required to show a form of Photo ID that will verify both your age and name to the customer service rep bringing your package out to you. If the order is in your name, you must be in the vehicle to collect the package. We cannot give your order to someone else picking it up for you without your presence.  Thank you & drive safe 🙂

Vape Delivery in London, Ontario

Canada Vapes has partnered with another London small business, REVV Delivery, to make accessing our vape goodies faster & easier. Mobility issues? No vehicle? Fed up with traffic? We’ve got you covered Londoners! 

Simply call 519-204-8273 between the hours of 9:30AM – 4:30PM, Monday – Friday to speak with our Customer Service Representative. They will confirm that you are within the designated delivery zone (below), place your order, process payment (Credit Card or E-transfer), and discuss delivery times. Sorry no payments accepted at the door. Your order will be prepared for delivery to your home and will be picked up daily Monday – Friday at 3PM by REVV Delivery. We promise that your order will arrive at your home no later than 7PM if your order was placed before 2:30PM that day.

The REVV Delivery driver will call prior to arrival to let you know that they are on their way & confirm any special delivery instructions. Please be prepared to show valid photo I.D when your order arrives. We are required to I.D anyone who looks under the age of 30 years old; nothing personal folks. If you have any issues, or need to contact us about specific changes, please call 519.204.8273. We are happy to assist, and are available during the week until 4:30PM daily (excluding holidays). For any urgent matters after 4:30PM you can contact REVV Delivery directly by calling or texting 519.488.6666. We are committed to an exceptional customer experience.
