Changing your password and address.

Changing your Password
Password reset when not logged in:
- Click the person-shaped icon in the top right corner of the screen.
- Click “Lost your password?”
- Enter your email address. If an account is associated with that email, you’ll receive a password reset link.
- Go to your email and click the “Reset your password” link.
Make sure to check your spam folder.
Password reset when you’re logged in:
- Click the person-shaped icon in the top right corner of the screen.
- Click “Account Details”
- Scroll down to “Password change”. You’ll be asked to enter your current password as well as your new password.
If you don’t know your current password and need to reset your password, please log out and follow the instructions above under “If you aren’t logged in”.
Updating your Address
- Click the person-shaped icon in the top right corner of the screen.
- Click “Addresses”
- Choose “Edit” under either Billing Address or Shipping Address.
- Update your information.
- Click “Save address.”
Your billing address should match the address connected to your payment method. Your shipping address is where your order will be delivered.
Updating your address during checkout:
- If you’re logged in and your address information is set up in your account, your shipping and billing address will auto populate at checkout.
- Review your billing and shipping information and enter your updated address in the appropriate fields.
- Review your address carefully before placing your order. Make sure to add any unit or apartment numbers to ensure a perfect delivery!
Updating the address in your account will not change the address on an order that has already been placed. Contact support as soon as possible if you need to update an existing order. We cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed or shipped.
