Today was the last straw. I’ve been using this product for over two yeards now and on numerous occassione, the product shuts down dispite thhe pen being fully charged and there being plenty of vape oil remaining in the pen. As mentioned above, today wasd the last straw as it happened again with the pen being virtually full of vape however all I get is a flashinmg red light! Needless to say I will not waste another dime on your product. You must be aware of this problem as it continues to happen to me and , I suspect I’m not alone. While I enjoy your product, it’s just not worth the trouble. Sincerly a former loyal customer.
