This is the message of the Canadian Vaping Association (CVA) to vaping professionals in Quebec after the Government introduced severe vaping restrictionsย underย the Bill 44. After numerous protests over the internet and on the radio, the CVAย announced it would react.
As expected, a constitutional challenge has just been filed today.ย The lawyers of the Canadian Vaping Association (CVA) characterizeย the new provisions under the Provincial Bill 44 asย a โlegislative overkillโ and will ask the Provincial Government to justify its position against vaping.
