Curbside Pickup

We offer free curbside pick up for customers who live in London and the surrounding area with the possibility of same day pick up.

How It Works

• Call 519-204-8273 between the hours of 9:30AM – 4:30PM, Monday – Friday.
• One of our Customer Service Reps (Josh or Dan) will place your order, process payment (Credit Card or E-transfer), and schedule your pick-up time.
• You will be given a time frame and the address to come and pick up your order.
• Upon arrival, please park in the designated parking spots, call 519-204-8273, and remain in your vehicle.
• Your package will be brought out to you quickly & safely! Please remain in your car and do not come to the door. For the safety of all involved you will not be permitted to enter the facility.
• Each customer will be required to show a form of Photo ID that will verify your age and name. If the order is in your name, you must be in the vehicle to collect the package. We cannot give your order to someone else picking it up for you without your presence.

Canada Vapes has partnered with REVV Delivery to make accessing our vape goodies faster & easier. Mobility issues? No vehicle? Fed up with traffic? We’ve got you covered Londoners! 

How It Works

• Call 519-204-8273 between the hours of 9:30AM – 4:30PM, Monday – Friday.
• One of our Customer Service Reps will confirm ifyou’re within the designated delivery zone, place your order, process payment (Credit Card or E-transfer), and discuss delivery times. Sorry no payments accepted at the door.
• Your order will be prepared for delivery to your home and will be picked up daily Monday – Friday at 3PM by REVV Delivery.
• The REVV Delivery driver will call prior to arrival to let you know that they are on their way & confirm any special delivery instructions.
• Please be prepared to show valid photo I.D when your order arrives. We are required to I.D anyone who looks under the age of 30 years old.
• Your order will arrive at your home no later than 7PM if your order was placed before 2:30PM that day.
• If you have any issues, or need to contact us about specific changes, please call 519-204-8273. We are happy to assist, and are available between the hours of 9:30AM – 4:30PM, Monday – Friday (excluding holidays).
• For any urgent matters after 4:30PM you can contact REVV Delivery directly. We are committed to an exceptional customer experience.

• ORDERS UNDER $50:  $10 Delivery Fee    
• ORDERS BETWEEN $50 – $100:  $5 Delivery Fee      
• ORDERS OVER $100:  Free!
