True North Points Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the True North Points Loyalty Program (“Program”) offered by Canada Vapes.

1. Eligibility

The Program is open to all Canada Vapes customers who create an account on our website. Enrollment is automatic upon account creation.

2. Earning Points

Points are earned through eligible actions:

• Purchases: 10 points for every $1 spent
• Product Reviews: 50 points per review
• Referrals: 5,000 points for both the referrer and referred customer
• Birthday Gift: 5,000 points annually
• Monthly Prize Draw: Automatic entry with every purchase

3. Redemption

• Minimum redemption: 5,000 points ($5 value)
• Redemption must be done at checkout
• Points can be redeemed in $5 intervals
• Maximum redemption per transaction: $500

4. Point Expiration

Points expire 12 months after the date they are earned. Expiry notices may be sent via email, but it is the customer’s responsibility to monitor their point balance.

5. Non-Transferable & No Cash Value

Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Points are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder.

6. Program Changes & Termination

Canada Vapes reserves the right to change or terminate the Program, including point values, tiers, expiration rules, and rewards, at any time without notice.

7. Abuse & Fraud

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of abuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Canada Vapes is not liable for any errors in point accrual or redemption. Any discrepancies must be reported within 30 days.
