Won’t hold charge for very long

First, you guys should be teaching a MasterClass on customer service. Very friendly and super fast service.
Second, my old EVOD VV lasted over a year before it would not fully charge. Not bad for a $34 battery. I ordered 2 more and they work great!

These batteries are garbage. I ordered 3 and none of them hold a charge during use for longer than a few hours and that is at the lowest setting on the batteries (3.2). I turn them off when I am not using them. For example, I used the battery for about an hour before bed, then for about 45 minutes of very intermittent use while I was reading in bed. When I woke up in the morning, I used it for about 45 minutes of intermittent use and then poof it is out of charge, yet the other day I had to do a lot of driving (over 4 hours) and used one of my older Spinner batteries and it was still going strong when I went to bed. So fairly heavy use over the course of 15 hours and it was still going. So basically I spent over $100 dollars on junk and because I didn’t try them sooner they are way beyond guarantee time and I’m now stuck with having to find new batteries.

The kangar 1600 is a great battery. I always order my batteries here. I ordered batteries a long time ago but when I could no longer get them to charge I bought more of the same kind. While I was waiting for the order I spoke to someone at Canada vape that told me how to fix a dead battery. These guys go out of their way for you. The service is excellent as are the batteries.
