I bought this one given the amount of references to Du Maurier, as I have used “Du Maurice / Du More” juice in the past. They have a light, almost coconut smell & taste which is highly pleasant (not actually at all like tobacco).
This Red Ultra is not like that at all. It’s really very nutty, and therefore quite dry. I am not saying this is a bad flavour, but just be warned if you buy this based on the Du Maurice / Du More juice (that may just be available in Quebec anyway).

After 40 years of smoking and now 8 weeks into vaping instead . . . this one really hit the mark! It reminds me of the first time I ever opened a pack of smokes and tried it (Du Maurier Special Mild – back in the day!). Love this one, but just starting the bottle – may run bland after a few weeks but plan to keep it as my new “base” and add something to it like the “Castlewood” which may have a more smooth vanilla/caramel flavour. The other reviews that say it tastes more like a cigarette is correct….I found the same! It’s a winner for me. Thanks, CV, for concocting this one!!!
