Q: How long do the eGo Pod battery’s last?
A: This really depends on personal use. The Joyetech eGo Pod has a built-in 1000mAh lithium ion battery. If you are a casual vaper, the Whirl T1 battery should last you close to a full day. If you are a heavy vaper though expect to charge it 2 times per day.
Q: What is your warranty on the Joyetech eGo Pod?
A: As with all of our starter kits, the eGo Pod comes with a full 60 day warranty against manufacture defects. This warranty only begins when the product arrives to your door. For any issues with your kit, you may call us at 1-844-286-VAPE, or fill out a support ticket. You can also contact Joyetech support directly at service@joyetech.com.
Q: How often should I replace my eGo Pod pods?
A: This again depends on personal use, generally we say the pods should last about 2 weeks. If you are a heavy vaper then expect to switch them more frequently.

Don’t waste your hard earned cash. The pods are terrible. They burn out in about 2 DAYS and sometimes don’t even make it past your 2nd draw before you are sucking on burnt cotton. It’s going into the trash can

I am very sorry about this Terri. Always make sure that the cotton in the pod is fully saturated before using. We recommend letting the pod sit with liquid inside for 10-20 minutes to try ensure that it is primed and also never vape when the liquid is running low in the pod to avoid any unpleasant dry hits.

Battery lasts a long time am I consider myself a heavy vaper.
It’s small and fits in my hand which is a bonus.
What I don’t like is you cannot adjust the airflow and I find this vape doesn’t provide very much flavour with the juices.

Purchased two as Canada Vapes no longer carried the original Ego 10. Huge waste of time and money, they leak constantly. Luckily for me I was able to find the originals through a competitor.

Hey Margrette, I’m sorry to hear about the leaking issues you are having. Leaking can happen due to a few different reasons. One is that the tank is warm, when the liquid warms up it can cause the liquid to thin. When the liquid thins it can then cause leaking out of the airflow. Second, is that you could possibly be “Chain Vaping” which is where you are hitting the device to many times in a row, which can then cause the liquid to heat up again. Making it so it will thin and find it’s way out of the airflow. Last would be that it has sat to long, when the device has just been sitting for a period of time. The liquid can potentially seep through the cotton. This will make the device sound like it is gurgling while vaping or possibly found it’s was through the cotton and into the airway. This will again cause liquid to leak out of the bottom of the tanks airflow. Customer service is always available if you need us!

I have to agree, got this for the wife and the first 2 pods were defective n she got burnt taste after letting it soak for 5-10 mins. .The pods don’t last long. Not impressed at all. Will not get these again. The Ego AIO were great but this closed POD system sucks.
