I’ve purchased two of these and I just opened a brand new one and it does seem to be connecting,they are fully charged ,what can I do

If you are having issues with this device and not producing any vapour while it is fully charged, you may want to make sure that the pod is pressed in fully. If there is anything stopping the connection from the device and the pod then it would not create any vapour. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact us in the get help button on the bottom of our webpage!

Great as a beginner or backup device. Lost a star due to the fact the coating easily chips off after about a month, just by using it.
