Depending on how many times you press the power button will create a different function. Pressing the power button 2 times will adjust the lights, 3 times is for wattage adjustment, 4 times will lock the device and 5 times will turn the device on and off.

Convenient Replacement Cartridges

The Galex uses the affordable & convenient Galex Replacement Pods that come empty, they use the FreeMax GX-P coils which can be found HERE.  Replacement cartridges are available in a 2 Pack and are not colour specific so they can be used with any Galex Pro colour options.

Q: How long does the Galex Pro’s battery last?

A:  This really depends on personal use.  The Galex has a built-in 800mAh lithium-ion battery.  If you are a casual vapour, the Argus G battery should last you close to a full day.  If you are a heavy vapour, expect to charge the Galex Pro 1-2 times per day.

Q: What is your warranty on the Galex Pro?

A: As with all of our starter kits, the Galex Pro comes with a full 60-day warranty against manufacture defects.  This warranty only begins when the product arrives at your door.   For any issues with your Galex, you may call us at 1-844-286-VAPE, or fill out a support ticket.   You can also contact FreeMax support directly at support@freemax.com.

Q: How often should I replace my Galex Pro Pod?

A: The life of your pod is determined by the frequency of use and the type of e-liquid used (i.e. PG vs VG ratio).  Higher VG e-liquids may be thicker and therefore harder on the warming elements of the Galex. Based on the device specifications higher PG e-liquids, such as Canada Vapes E-liquid, would be ideal.  When the coil inside the pod wears down the user may experience leaking, a reduction in flavour, and/or a reduction in vapour production.  Simply replace the pod with a new one.
